Beaches International Jazz Festival

SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival

For ten days each summer, the city of Saskatoon bursts into song as the SaskTel Saskatchewan Jazz Festival plays host to hundreds of world-class artists. Over 80,000 hungry music fans devour the sounds of jazz, blues, funk, pop, and world music each year, with a program that spans as many genres as it does continents. The first Festival took place in Saskatoon during the summer of 1987. Today it has become the second largest music festival of its kind in Western Canada.

MusiCounts TD Community Music Grants

MusiCounts and TD Bank Group have launched the new MusiCounts TD Community Music Grants. TD has joined forces with MusiCounts to expand programming designed specifically to create opportunities for youth in underserved communities. MusiCounts TD Community Music Grants will provide $200,000 in musical instruments and equipment to community-based music programs which have great potential yet are in need of funding to ensure their sustained growth.
